Kim Le was appointed ManpowerGroup Vietnam’s Country HR Manager in April 2011. Since 2014 Kim Le has been promoted to executive management. She has also been taking a leadership role of Outsourcing and Staffing Service at ManpowerGroup Vietnam. Since joining the company as Country HR Manager with key responsibilities comprising of talent management, organization and culture development and employment relationship, Kim Le has had a significant impact shaping business strategy and talent development.
A recognized expert in Human Resources, Kim Le is regularly featured as a speaker at high profile events, including the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), and renowned business schools in Vietnam.
She sits on the Legal Committees of the Human Resources Association Vietnam, where she also actively leads the Association’s Outsourcing and Staffing Initiatives. Kim Le is on behalf of ManpowerGroup acting as the Advisory working with Ministry of Labor – Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA) and has significantly contributed to fostering relationship between MOLISA and ManpowerGroup in terms of labor legal initiatives, improving legal support for women in employment.
A veteran of the human resources profession, Kim Le has been with ManpowerGroup Vietnam for 7 years to date among her almost 20 years of extensive experience at both local and multinational corporations in Human Resources Management. She holds multiple Degrees of renowned Universities in Vietnam and Overseas. She lives in Hanoi and enjoys time with her husband, son and daughter.
